2月11日(ri),農(nong)歷(li)除(chu)夕。正值萬(wan)家(jia)歡度春節之際,伴隨(sui)著(zhu)“轟隆隆”的(de)巨(ju)響,百(bai)米長(chang)的(de)城市“穿山甲(jia)”硬巖掘進機簡稱TBM破巖而出,青(qing)(qing)島地鐵(tie)1號線(xian)海泊橋站(zhan)至青(qing)(qing)島火車站(zhan)“五區間”全部勝利貫通(tong),青(qing)(qing)島地鐵(tie)1號線(xian)實現(xian)全線(xian)洞(dong)通(tong)。

青(qing)島地(di)(di)鐵1號線全(quan)長約60千(qian)(qian)米(mi),設41個車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan),全(quan)部為地(di)(di)下(xia)站(zhan)(zhan),區(qu)間地(di)(di)質軟硬結合(he),風險高、施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)復(fu)雜(za),北段21.9千(qian)(qian)米(mi)的線路(lu)已于2020年底(di)通車(che)(che)。今年以來(lai),一(yi)號線公司加緊對1號線南段施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)度。其中,施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)環境復(fu)雜(za)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度最(zui)大的就是(shi)(shi)海泊(bo)橋站(zhan)(zhan)—青(qing)島火車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)這五個區(qu)間。該(gai)區(qu)段自開工(gong)(gong)(gong)伊始面(mian)臨三(san)方面(mian)主要困(kun)難:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)線路(lu)最(zui)長,區(qu)段全(quan)長5.83千(qian)(qian)米(mi),是(shi)(shi)目前(qian)國(guo)內城市地(di)(di)鐵單臺TBM施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)最(zui)長的區(qu)段;二是(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)場地(di)(di)狹(xia)小,海泊(bo)橋站(zhan)(zhan)供4臺TBM同(tong)時始發(fa);三(san)是(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)況最(zui)復(fu)雜(za),下(xia)/側穿老舊房(fang)屋105處、穿越不良地(di)(di)質段46處,線路(lu)曲線段25處,最(zui)小轉(zhuan)彎半徑350米(mi),過站(zhan)(zhan)10次(ci)、始發(fa)接(jie)收20次(ci)。

在工程建設過(guo)程中(zhong),地(di)(di)鐵集團超前謀劃,精心組織(zhi),大(da)膽創新,結合(he)現場實(shi)際通(tong)過(guo)采用國內首(shou)創的(de)(de)“連續皮(pi)帶機(ji)(ji)+垂(chui)直(zhi)儲帶倉+垂(chui)直(zhi)皮(pi)帶機(ji)(ji)+水(shui)平(ping)布料機(ji)(ji)”綜合(he)快速(su)出渣系統,成功(gong)解(jie)決了(le)施工線(xian)(xian)路長和施工場地(di)(di)狹小(xiao)的(de)(de)難(nan)題;通(tong)過(guo)合(he)理(li)控制掘進參數、加強地(di)(di)表注漿(jiang)超前預加固、洞內外聯動監(jian)測等(deng)手(shou)段成功(gong)克服(fu)復雜的(de)(de)工況;創造了(le)最高(gao)日進尺(chi)28米,最高(gao)月進尺(chi)473米的(de)(de)驕人(ren)業績。歷經了(le)五百多個夜以繼日地(di)(di)艱苦(ku)鏖(ao)戰,該區(qu)段于如期順利貫(guan)通(tong),至此地(di)(di)鐵1號線(xian)(xian)正線(xian)(xian)區(qu)間全部貫(guan)通(tong)。這是繼北段開通(tong)試運(yun)營(ying)后又一里程碑節(jie)點(dian),為(wei)全線(xian)(xian)通(tong)車打(da)下了(le)堅實(shi)的(de)(de)基礎。

在(zai)工(gong)程(cheng)建設過程(cheng)中,一號線公司(si)始終堅持以人為本、科(ke)技先導、精細管理、爭(zheng)創一流的(de)管理理念,在(zai)做好(hao)安(an)全管控(kong)的(de)同時,靠前指揮,通(tong)過勞動競賽促生產(chan),在(zai)實現北(bei)段(duan)通(tong)車的(de)前提下同步推(tui)進南段(duan)工(gong)程(cheng)建設,區間貫通(tong)后一號線公司(si)將(jiang)組織參加單位快速轉入后續(xu)專業施工(gong),爭(zheng)取早日實現東西兩岸島城人民乘坐地鐵通(tong)行。

今年(nian)是我市“項目落(luo)地(di)(di)年(nian)”,在(zai)建地(di)(di)鐵(tie)項目將全(quan)面提(ti)(ti)(ti)速(su)。據(ju)一號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)司業(ye)(ye)主代表申華偉介紹,1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)南段的(de)加(jia)快建設與春(chun)(chun)(chun)節(jie)、疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)相遇,為避免受(shou)到(dao)疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)的(de)重(zhong)大影響(xiang),一號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)司提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)部署各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)。春(chun)(chun)(chun)節(jie)前(qian)(qian)組(zu)織人員(yuan)大干30天(tian),提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)防(fang)范(fan)春(chun)(chun)(chun)節(jie)、疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)等(deng)可能延緩的(de)工(gong)期。為做(zuo)(zuo)好疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)工(gong)作(zuo),1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)全(quan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)推(tui)廣疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)專用通(tong)道(dao),有(you)(you)的(de)通(tong)道(dao)內設置了(le)電子化測溫(wen)設備(bei),人員(yuan)通(tong)過(guo)自動(dong)讀(du)取體溫(wen)并記錄;同時組(zu)織各(ge)參建單位持續做(zuo)(zuo)好生活(huo)區、工(gong)作(zuo)場地(di)(di)內的(de)消(xiao)毒、消(xiao)殺工(gong)作(zuo),持續做(zuo)(zuo)好佩戴(dai)口罩、錯峰(feng)就(jiu)(jiu)餐、分(fen)桌分(fen)盒就(jiu)(jiu)餐等(deng)疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)工(gong)作(zuo)。保障安(an)全(quan)質量(liang)是重(zhong)中(zhong)之重(zhong),一號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)司制定《決戰攻堅階段十條紅線(xian)(xian)(xian)》,要求各(ge)參建單位抓好責任落(luo)實,堅決杜絕各(ge)類觸(chu)碰紅線(xian)(xian)(xian)情(qing)況發生。春(chun)(chun)(chun)節(jie)期間1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)全(quan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)有(you)(you)約(yue)(yue)800位管理人員(yuan)和約(yue)(yue)2500位一線(xian)(xian)(xian)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)人員(yuan)留青(qing)過(guo)年(nian)。另外1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)進(jin)行了(le)各(ge)項物資儲備(bei),與供(gong)貨(huo)商預約(yue)(yue)供(gong)貨(huo),甚(shen)至有(you)(you)的(de)物資提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)采購儲存;提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)協調設備(bei)供(gong)貨(huo),提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)安(an)排(pai)業(ye)(ye)代分(fen)別赴各(ge)地(di)(di)廠家督促(cu)提(ti)(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)供(gong)貨(huo)并驗貨(huo),確保及時高質量(liang)到(dao)貨(huo)。

中鐵(tie)十(shi)八局(ju)(ju)項目(mu)經理介紹,在地鐵(tie)集團和一號線(xian)公司的組織下,中鐵(tie)十(shi)八局(ju)(ju)及1號線(xian)全線(xian)各參建(jian)單位(wei)(wei)積極響應國(guo)家號召“非必要不離青”,鼓勵(li)各工(gong)區采(cai)取(qu)一切激勵(li)措施保障人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)留青,春節期間我們項目(mu)部(bu)留守管理人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)約75人(ren)(ren)(ren),一線(xian)作業人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)約386人(ren)(ren)(ren)。為(wei)保障工(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)在青過年(nian)更加舒心,各施工(gong)單位(wei)(wei)在宿舍都為(wei)工(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)們配(pei)備了空調和24小時熱水洗浴,配(pei)發了防寒的軍大衣,同(tong)時項目(mu)部(bu)將嚴格(ge)按照(zhao)國(guo)家規定,調整春節期間勞務(wu)報酬(chou),在除(chu)夕(xi)和大年(nian)初一兩天(tian)給工(gong)友發放新年(nian)紅包,并統一配(pei)備年(nian)夜飯送到各個班組,讓工(gong)友在青過年(nian)也能有家的感覺。

隨著1號(hao)線南段洞通(tong)目標的實(shi)現,后(hou)續(xu)一號(hao)線將(jiang)全力開展鋪軌、機電安(an)裝工作(zuo)。青(qing)(qing)(qing)島地(di)(di)鐵1號(hao)線開通(tong)運營后(hou),市民(min)乘(cheng)坐地(di)(di)鐵通(tong)過膠州灣僅需6分鐘,將(jiang)為青(qing)(qing)(qing)島東西兩岸市民(min)出(chu)行帶來便利,有力助推西海岸新區(qu)發(fa)展騰(teng)飛和(he)青(qing)(qing)(qing)島同(tong)城(cheng)化進程(cheng),進一步提升青(qing)(qing)(qing)島國際(ji)化都市生活品(pin)質(zhi)。青(qing)(qing)(qing)島地(di)(di)鐵1號(hao)線的建(jian)設(she)將(jiang)為青(qing)(qing)(qing)島市建(jian)設(she)國家中心城(cheng)市、建(jian)設(she)美麗青(qing)(qing)(qing)島和(he)宜居幸福創新型(xing)國際(ji)城(cheng)市發(fa)揮(hui)重(zhong)要作(zuo)用(yong)。
